Prime Rib Unsatisfactory
At the Schaumburg, IL Longhorn, I ordered the Prime Rib tonight (04/18/15). Everything else about the meal was very good - the service, salad, vegetables, bread, but the Prime Rib was unsatisfactory. Half of it was good, but the other half was so fatty it was inedible. A nonwaiter person (manager?) came by and asked how the meal was and I expressed the issue of the Prime Rib, but no discussion was initiated beyond my comment. My wife's filet was excellent, but for a $69 meal I expected better.
