On 5/1/17 in Deptford longhorn restaurant I had called and talked to Robert one of the managers to see if I could combine a birthday coupon and a $5.00 off coupon and Robert said he would make it happen. I go and have dinner it came to the end and the waitress said she couldn't do that she can get a manager. So a manager came over and said they can't combine the two coupons. I did tell the manager that Robert said that he would make it happen for me. The manager that I was talking to didn't even want to call Robert to see if that's what he said to me. My guess and I felt like the manager was implying that I was lying​. Then the waitress was saying that she doesn't care if we go to outback or not that's our choice. What happened to customers are always right? Companies rather lose customers to other steak house restaurants then trying to keep them. My guess and I never been mistreated like this before. I worked retail for many years and if one manager says one thing and goes home with out telling another manager what was going on we called to confirm the story so we didn't lose a customer. My guess and I both think the deptford longhorn restaurant owes us something for a manager making me feel that I'm lying front of my guess and then the waitress agrueing with us about customer service and stating we can always go to outback this is not good customer service.
